Your journey begins at Dahshour, a royal necropolis that is home to some of Egypt’s earliest pyramids. Visit the Bent Pyramid, famous for its unusual change in angle during construction, making it a unique architectural experiment. Continue to the Red Pyramid, considered the first successful true pyramid with smooth sides, built by Pharaoh Sneferu.
Next, head to Saqqara, where you will explore the Step Pyramid of King Zoser.
